Our Mission
Avek Espwa has two goals. The first is to create job opportunities in Haiti. The second is to create community ministry. Avek Espwa creates job opportunities through doll sponsorships. Each $10 donation will pay a Haitian for a day's work to make one doll. The community ministry happens as the doll is delivered. Local Haitian believers are trained to share the gospel in a loving and compelling way. These believers deliver the doll, share the gospel with the family of the child receiving the doll, and extend an invitation to a local church. Why does Avek Espwa serve in Haiti?
In 2018 God called Madilyn to live, work, and serve in Haiti. A year later He placed the vision of Avek Espwa on her heart. Haiti is one of the poorest countries in the world. Many people don't have jobs and those who do, earn an average of $2 a day. This leaves many people feeling hopeless. Our goal is to grow hope by creating jobs and sharing the gospel in the community of Haiti.
